Vocals

Though the vocal has choppy pronounciation at times (something I don't like in some other bands), I really like the emotional sound to it, here. It works well. I like it!  The emotion in this is so translatable that I don't notice this isn't English, but German (which I don't speak).

Music

I can appreciate these blast beats because of the surrounding melodic parts. The drums actually stick out in this song to me. They don't stay on one thing for too long. It creates the journey aspect, and flows nicely. That riff 3/4 through that opens the music up after, then things tighten up again. Keeps my mind interested.

Lyrics

These lyrics feel like someone holding on and slowly freezing to the core. I have often had this visualization in my mind of slowly freezing. I think it's because I am incredibly determined, and I have a hard time giving up or letting go. In my vision my fingers are slowly turning blue.
