I honestly don't know if this guy is normally part of the vocals? I knew the girl was. They can both sing, but just not what I want to hear. Put them together, and it makes me dislike it even more!

Sounded like a country song at the start, there. Okay, maybe it didn't change too much. I guess I got almost an 80's rock vibe here and there,

Lyrics

I feel like these lyrics are talking about a relationship, much like many relationships. Each person is selfish, and they want stuff that makes them feel good, they expect their partner to change anything they don't personally like. They forget to look in the mirror and remember that they too aren't perfect. I think they both feel stuck.
