This seems like the typical voice for Chino. Just enough screaming at the end.

Music

I don't like the scream-laughing sounds repeated in the background. The music is pretty straightforward in this song. I think this would be fine as easy listening music around a group of people. 

Lyrics

This feels like some kind of drowning fantasy. Maybe the relationship isn't great, so you imagine how it could end.

Makes me think of many summers spent at the beach. Making it to the dock had its excitement, since it usually meant you had to fight for your spot. And it was likely you would be thrown off. I always had a fear that there was a dead body under the dock. I always opened my eyes under the water and was sure one day I would see it.

The waves suck you in then you drown
