The music comes together to make something quite catchy. The style is quite different. It seems to have some rock and pop influences.
Not my kind of thing at this stage but I wouldn't be offended hearing someone else listen to this within earshot.

Sounds like a relationship where one person is in control and the other person is taken advantage of. They are lied to and treated like they are not important.
