The screaming makes sense and has a good intensity. The singing works in the quieter moments. It drastically changes the direction the song was going. 

Music

I like the opening drum line and squawky guitar. I like the little interlude because it sounds kinda odd and gives the song a change. Overall, I like the layout of the song.

Lyrics

It feels like some kind of desire to help, but only partly. Maybe the wound is only healing to a certain level.
